ORDERING

Turnaround time

Every piece in our collection is a unique creation, handmade using ancestral Portuguese embroidery techniques. We endeavour to preserve these traditional handmade techniques combining them with a contemporary design.

Our products are not mass products, are made-to-order or bespoke and are not available for immediate shipment. The turnaround time for your order will be communicated to you before you place your order.  Please be aware that turnaround time depends on the number of products ordered, the technique chosen and the artisans’ workload.

Order processing
Our orders are made through email to info@godwit.pt, after a request for quotation, and any specification or special instruction regarding make-to-order products or bespoke should be requested in writing using the mentioned email address.

After the order is properly placed the customer will receive by email a link to Godwit website with the chosen piece (or pieces) in order to complete the order, and pay 50% of the total amount. The other 50% will be due when the order is ready to ship, and the client will receive a new message with the reference to the final instalment.

Payment methods
Paypal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Union Pay.

REQUEST SAMPLES

Fabrics and threads samples are available for make-to-order and bespoke pieces so customers can make more accurate decisions. Samples are paid, however deductible in a purchase. Please be aware that fabrics and threads sample dye lots can have small inconsistencies of colour compared with the final pieces.
